Sizing help before you order

Most of our jackets are vintage or pre-owned pieces, so sizing can differ from modern high street labels. Every listing shows photos and the size marked on the jacket. If you are unsure, send us your usual size or your chest and sleeve measurements and we will help you choose. Questions about a specific jacket

If you want more detail on a particular jacket, such as the condition, the lining, the colour in different light or how it fits compared with another style, send us the link to the listing and tell us what you would like to know. We can check the item and reply with the details so you can decide with confidence before you order.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping is free on all orders. Delivery usually takes 8 to 12 days after you place your order. If your parcel has not arrived within that time, email us with your order number and we will check on it. The full details are in our shipping policy.

Ordering from outside the UK or US

Our UK store shows prices in pounds and our US store shows prices in dollars. If you order from another country, the checkout shows the price and delivery details for your location before you pay. If something looks unclear at checkout, contact us before completing the order and we will explain it.

Returns and refunds

You have 15 days to return an item. Please contact us first with your order number and the item you want to send back, and do not post anything before we reply. The conditions and the refund process are explained in our return and refund policy.
